  • All Cayman Islands companies must be renewed in December of the same year, regardless of when the company is incorporated.
  • Except for annual registration renewal, ECs in the Cayman Islands have to file Economic Substance declaration form to maintain the legal & good standing status and the fee is US$ 500/company/per year which is not included in the renewal fee as mentioned above.
